A new school year is right around the corner for many students. Kids in elementary and middle school are ramping up for a year full of learning and self-discovery, while college students are getting ready to pick their major or are close to reaching the finishing line. No matter the age, the new school year is an exciting time full of opportunities and new experiences. As a company that is very interested in STEM education, this time of the year also gives us pause to think about all of the new minds that will soon be entering the workforce as engineers.

We pose a question today, What advice would you give to students that are considering engineering as a major or newly minted engineers that are just entering the workforce?
