We are excited to announce that 3D Innovations will be participating in the Honolulu District Science Fair this weekend at Kapiolani Community College! Collin Kobayashi, our President & Chief 3D Officer, was asked to present a seminar on 3D Design & 3D Printing for elementary students and their parents. The students are going to learn about the exciting side of engineering, while the parents learn about various technologies and programs that their children can get involved with on local and national levels.

Collin will be teaching three (30 minute sessions) where students will learn about the design process and the role 3D Printing in it. The main focus is to present a problem, and utilize 3D Design and 3D Printing to develop a solution. A completed design will be displayed to show students the final result. A 3D Printer will also be there so students can see the 3D Printing process first hand.
